Tasks
-Manage RFP/RFQ processes, lead negotiations, and oversee contract execution with North American clients. -Continually monitor U.S. and Canadian labor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth. -Identify, target, and win new client accounts in the U.S. and Canada for staffing and recruitment solutions. -Collaborate remotely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. -Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned portfolio. -Present customized talent solutions and service offerings to North American clients, understanding their specific hiring needs. -Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships through regular engagement and consultative sales.

What You Bring
Qualification ; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role -Demonstrated success in new business development and client management. -Ability to work in a UAE-based hybrid (office + remote) model, with flexibility to adjust to North American time zones as needed. -Understanding of U.S. and Canadian recruitment markets, employer expectations, and compliance norms. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. -5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or professional services (North American experience is highly preferred). -Excellent networking, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills.
