Assigns and schedules resources to fulfill client assistance requests.

Tasks

-Recognize and mitigate a variety of issues encountered within the department and other work environments -Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. -Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and/or resource schedules -Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work, or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information -Monitor resources and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules to achieve optimal efficiency; -Compile statistics and reports on work progress. -Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports -Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s) -Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. -Confer with clients and/or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for resources -Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles, to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios, telephones, and/or computers; determines types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or client requirements -Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules

Requirements

• no degree
• 18+ age
• reception experience

-No high school diploma, GED or college degree required. -Must be 18 years of age or older -One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred
