Tasks

Reporting to the SAED Program Manager, you’ll oversee the construction of wireless infrastructure across remote sites, managing a small team of Supervisors and subcontractors. You’ll be responsible for program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and commercial performance including variation claims. -Manage budgets, schedules, and resources -Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met -Lead a high-impact program -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders -Lead construction activities across remote and regional sites -Drive commercial outcomes and proactively manage variations

This is a unique opportunity to work on a nationally significant infrastructure program that connects remote and regional Australia. -Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering (preferred) -Proven experience managing remote construction projects (essential) -Willingness to travel frequently -Civil or telecommunications background (Nbn fixed wireless experience highly regarded) -Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills -Travel to remote and regional locations across Australia – no two days are the same!
