The Role

Overview

Support, configure, and maintain Workday HRIS, providing troubleshooting, reporting, and training.

Tasks

-Partner with HR business team members as the Workday SME for operational support of relevant repetitive HR cycles (Open Enrollment, Performance, Compensation, etc.). -Generate data extracts, reporting, and analysis from multiple data sources systems. Triage data discrepancies. -Coordinate and implement Workday configuration changes for multiple modules including business process, notifications, on-screen aides, and associated reporting. -Provide escalated production support, analysis, recommendations for process or data changes -Gathers requirements, completes functional and detailed designs, and performs gap analyses on Workday focused projects. -Plans, coordinates, and performs testing and training on existing systems, enhancements, upgrades, for new implementations. -Provide technical assistance to the HR community, acting as a liaison with other organizations including Information Technology.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively. -7 years of experience with Workday System support and configuration. One or more Workday pro certification a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources; Or Associate’s degree with minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in Workday HCM Application; Or HS diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant work experience.
