Tasks
-Change & Transformation: Partner with leaders to drive people aspects of change initiatives, ensuring cultural alignment, smooth transitions, and sustainable ways of working. -Skills Transformation: Act as a subject matter expert on our journey to a skills-based organisationrevamping job architecture, conducting skills gap analyses, and embedding a future-focused framework. -Data-Driven Decision Making: Use people analytics and talent metrics to influence strategy, monitor progress, and continuously improve performance across the function. -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other People Partners, Finance, and Centres of Excellence to deliver an integrated people strategy aligned with broader business goals. -Strategic Workforce Planning: Identify current and future skills needs, guide recruitment and upskilling strategies, and use workforce insights to shape long-term plans. -Employee Engagement & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement, using data-driven insights to build a positive, high-impact employee experience. -Talent & Performance Leadership: Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and development strategies. Champion performance management, coaching, and leadership transitions to build a high-performing, future-ready team.

-Pioneered polymer concrete manholes and jacking pipes in the early 1990s and added GRE pipes in 2000. -Achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and became the first fully Kuwaiti‑owned GRP pipe supplier approved by Kuwait Oil Company. -Supplies major infrastructure customers like Kuwait’s Ministry of Public Works and exports to Qatar and Singapore. -Manufactures a broad product range: GRP/FRP pipes, GRE pipes, polymer concrete jacking pipes, manholes and GRP tanks. -GRP pipes are produced via dual filament and continuous winding—durable, corrosion‑resistant solutions for sewage, desalination, subsea and industrial uses. -A fully Kuwaiti, independent manufacturer—unique in Gulf‑region GRP production without foreign partnerships.
