Tasks
-Project Planning & Execution - Assisting with the development of project plans, timelines and resource allocation. -Task Management - Helping to organize and delegate tasks, track progress and ensure deliverables are met. -Administrative Support - Managing project documentation, preparing reports, document control and scheduling meetings. -Quality Assurance - Helping to ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. -Data Analysis & Reporting - Collecting and analysing project data to track progress, identify potential issues and provide regular updates to the project manager. -Communication & Coordination - Maintaining communication with team members, stakeholders, and vendors, facilitating meetings and distributing information. -Budget Management - Supporting the project manager in monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to the allocated budget. -Risk Management - Assisting in identifying potential risks and helping to develop mitigation strategies.

What You Bring
-Experience with relevant software and tools: Experience with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. -Problem Solving - Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and collaborating with the project manager to find solutions. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. -Attention to detail and accuracy: Required for managing project documentation and ensuring data integrity. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team: APMs need to be able to manage their workload effectively while also collaborating with others. -Problem-solving and analytical skills: Required for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project. -Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. -Strong organizational and time management skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
