Tasks

-Assists the Project Team with the planning and daily execution of the MOT scope of the construction project. -Mentor less experienced team members and promote the growth of their technical skills. -The MOT Engineer will be a valuable member of a cohesive project team and will develop MOT, staging construction, and traffic control plans on complex traditional or alternative delivery projects. -Work closely with contractors and owners to understand constructability needs and project MOT goals. -Develop traffic control plans, including temporary signing, striping, safety devices, and detours. -Generate innovative construction staging alternatives that optimize traffic operations while maximizing constructability and safety.
