-Updating and maintaining CRM on a regular basis -Dealing with a large customer caseload and meeting sales targets -Maintain current customer base and gaining new customers through various communication platforms -Conducting regular customer and site visits and offering technical support -Being a main point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to offer effective technical and customer service

What You Bring
