Tasks

-Support the Project Information Manager as and when required. -Review submitted documents for adherence to non-technical requirements -Provide support in all aspects of migrating project work to remote offices, including procedure updates, training, guidance to staff, and resolving local project challenges -Review client project specifications / standards and current Wood procedures to ensure checklists and processes are aligned -Review client project specifications / standards and current Wood procedures to ensure proper understanding -Provide guidance/support to project staff in local and remote locations with processing and ensuring client DM requirements are understood and followed -Prepare DMG reports (audits/status/progress) as needed. -Liaise, on an ongoing basis, with internal and external clients on matters pertaining to document management. -Assists in managing/coordinating project document management close-out and turnover. -Participate, initiate and/or drive process improvements -Ensure document control function is being performed in accordance with project procedures and requirements -Proactively identify, for PIM resolution, any critical issues associated with DMG work scope, schedule, cost or quality. -Project Document Management processing Review submitted documents for adherence to non-technical requirements Process/Issue documents following Wood DM processing workflows/instructions/checklists -Provide DM support to projects by processing / issuing project document deliverables on behalf of Wood disciplines, the client, suppliers and contractors in a timely manner -Process project deliverable documents using the Wood and/or Client project EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) -Process/Issue documents following Wood DM processing workflows/instructions/checklists -Take responsibility for both self and team’s decisions/actions

What You Bring

-Prior experience supporting energy transition or renewables projects -Strong interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills -Ability to work independently -Demonstrated ability to make decisions -Motivate, inspire and instill confidence in others -Experience in workflow creation and process optimization -5-10 years of experience documenting work processes -Ability to oversee and train remote office locations on document control procedures -10-15 years of experience in document management within major projects -Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to industry leaders in Oil, Gas & New Energies -Excellent organizational and communication skills -Has ability to resolve minor staff/team issues -Strong experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) -Strong computer literacy and prior data entry experience -Highly self-motivated
