What You Bring
-Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills in a digital environment. -Strong grasp of BIM/CAD standards, data structuring, and digital workflows. -Excellent understanding of infrastructure project delivery processes and challenges. -Strong interest in and understanding of construction industry improvement agenda and the current -Collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills to support multi-disciplinary coordination. -Proficiency in Civil 3D for terrain modelling, surfaces, grading, alignments, corridors, and quantity -Background in infrastructure, earthworks, or construction modelling is required. -Understanding of GIS platforms (e.g. ArcGIS/QGIS) and data formats. -Strong communication and influencing skills -Desirable some Project Management and Change Management experience -Confident leading workstreams and working as part of a team. -Experience working with survey data, point clouds, drone outputs, and geospatial datasets. -Ability to interpret engineering designs and translate them into coordinated, clash-tested 3D models. -Familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri for model federation and coordination. -Hands-on experience or willingness to learn Blender3D as a core modelling tool for mesh
