Provide contractual, professional, technical services and advice appropriate to the level of the role.
Undertake the calculation, management and communication of approved project costs and calculate project costs to meet customer or client requirements to recognised industry practice standards.
Monitor contractors, stages, and progress of work, generate reports and management information for circulation and or communication.
Prepare reports as required by project deliverables such that relevant stakeholders are appraised of the relevant issues and risks.
Assist in advising on legal matters related to the role, including risks and disputes such that implications of work are fully understood and communicated
Receive, review and clarity client instructions to ensure project teams are properly briefed and client expectations are accurate and properly managed
Visit sites to provide advice and or monitor activity, provide relevant, timely reports to record site observations and provide advice as appropriate to the commission or activity.

Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain
Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and the risks and hazards associated with asbestos
Legal knowledge of landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase and compensation, and knowledge of property valuation techniques
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline
Experience in a similar or related role
Professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and be working or prepared to work towards chartered status
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
