Design and order management for VELUX glazing panels, handling CAD, ERP, and client coordination.

Tasks

-Managing order process and inputting details into ERP systems and configuration tools. -Providing design and configuration support through drawings (standard and bespoke). -Creation of Production drawings, including both glazing panels and project specific flashings. -Contribute to continual development of processes and systems relating to the management of the VELUX Glazing Panels. -Create and maintain healthy relationships with Sales contacts. -Provide technical and design guidance on project enquiries. -Maintain CRM records for projects.

What You Bring

-Understand current building regulations. -Experience with CAD and project drawing. -Proven experience managing order process end-to-end. -Confidence working with ERP and CRM systems. -Have experience presenting to architects or specifiers. -The ability to read and interpret architectural or construction drawings. -Technical product knowledge, ideally within roof construction, façades, or glazing. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Hold a valid passport and are open to occasional travel (approx. 2–3 nights per year). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools.
