Tasks

-Ensure sustainable and ethical procurement practices -Drive cost savings through innovation and process improvements -Maintain detailed procurement records and pipelines -Engage and manage contractors, ensuring performance and compliance -Source and manage services, materials, and goods tailored to each entity -Promote Indigenous and diverse supplier engagement -Represent C&W in bid responses and social procurement forums -Make a national impact by supporting procurement across 34 Federal Agencies and 1000+ sites -Champion social change by integrating Indigenous and diverse suppliers into government supply chains -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders -Develop and review procurement plans and strategies aligned with WoAG policies -Lead transition activities for procured services

What You Bring

-3–5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in building services -Familiarity with Rapid Global, JDE, Converga is a plus -Proven contractor management and performance monitoring skills -Experience promoting supplier diversity and social enterprise engagement -Proficiency in eTendering platforms (e.g., Tenderlink), MS Office, and reporting tools like PowerBI -Strong financial acumen and cost reduction achievements
