Supervises maintenance/grounds staff, oversees repairs, vendor work, make‑ready turns, HVAC upkeep.

Tasks

-Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel. -Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs, etc. -Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas -Prepping apartments for make-ready turns -Working with the vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects. -On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls -Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical -Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems

What You Bring

-Must have basic set of tools. -Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management. -Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and be able to travel to other properties, if needed. -HVAC certification is a plus. -4 -5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity. -Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
