-Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period) -Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -OSHA 10 certification or higher -Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems -OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.) -2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience -EPA Universal Certification -High school diploma or equivalent -Relocation assistance or local commute to Davenport, IA -Ability to pass a drug screening
