Tasks

-Reply to email inquiries accurately regarding availability, rates, and services. -Assist in other administrative duties assigned by the Management Team. -Process VIP bookings from Executive office. -Always assure professional attitude towards guest and colleagues . -Process booking requests from groups, corporate and wholesale contracted travel partners which is aligned on their exclusive contract and selling strategies. -Precisely update bookings interfacing from Synxis . -Attends and participates in team events. -Deliver optimum scores that is not below the standards of Forbes or equivalent entities to display our call qualities. -To effectively communicate and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleagues at all levels to en hance the guest ’s stay . -Participates in required training related to the job. -Ensure to always meet Grooming and Hygiene policy of One&Only One Za’abeel when in uniform. -Process booking requests from direct guests and non-contracted travel agencies based on the current availability and rate structure of the rooms or restaurants . -Adheres to the operational schedules as required by One Za’abeel by being flexible. -Answer every call with confidence, in a polite and friendly manner which is in accordance with Forbes standards. -Provide comprehensive and quality customer care by applying technical knowledge and procedures about room reservation when servicing internal and external guest queries .

What You Bring

-Must have good knowledge in computer operation (including software such as excel, word, PMS) -Must be able to comply with the assigned task to achieve the department’s key performance indicators. -Must be skilled to perform the job of a sales agent . -Must have good communication skills (verbal and written) -Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. -Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or call center.
