Tasks

-Lead and implement the project wide SH&E plan -Conduct and support incident investigations and reporting, training and risk planning efforts as required. -Interface with client, employees, subcontractors, and general public -Monitor subcontractor’s compliance with its SH&E plans through audits and inspections and provide reports -Develop weekly and monthly safety reports. -Review and provide oversight of subcontractor’s SH&E plan -Travel to multiple project sites in LA County. -Analyze incidents and root causes to develop corrective measures.

What You Bring

-Ability to professionally and effectively communicate both orally and in writing. -Ability to work with team (company employees, subcontractors, client and general public) -4-year degree in safety or construction related field from an accredited institution or related work experience in the field of safety and health -HAZOP Certification -A valid drivers license is required -Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in the field of safety and health. -A CHST or higher accredited certification -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe Professional, office automation products. -Contractor/Subcontractor oversite experience
