Join Jersey Hired and discover flexible assignments that fit your schedule while showcasing your bartending talent across New Jersey. As a Bartender, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the guest experience. You’ll prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and fully stocked bar, and help create the welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This role is temporary and scheduled on an as-needed basis, offering flexibility while still engaging your hospitality expertise. -Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service -Follow all New Jersey alcohol service regulations and safety policies -Prepare garnishes, mixers, and pre-batched beverages -Build rapport with regulars and foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere -Confirm legal drinking age and discontinue service when appropriate -Ensure the bar is fully stocked with beverages, glassware, mixers, and supplies -Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for the bar and equipment -Complete opening, closing, and cleanup duties as assigned -Support all operational policies and directives from management -Monitor guest experience and adjust service as needed -Process drink payments accurately

We’re currently seeking experienced Bartenders for temporary, as-needed assignments at various New Jersey venues. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and take pride in crafted service, this flexible opportunity may be a perfect fit. -Solid working knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and standard drink recipes -Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting -Must be 21+ to apply. -Must be 21+ and legally permitted to serve alcohol in New Jersey -Dependability and strong communication skills -1–2 years of bartending experience -A warm, customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills
