Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for Spray Seal and Asphalt Crew Members, located in Drayton, QLD. Crew members will be responsible for performing asphalt placement, crack sealing, and bituminous spray sealing. Day-to-day tasks include operating machinery, preparing surfaces, applying materials, and ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines. Crew members will work closely with a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment -Driver's license and willingness to travel for work assignments -Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations -Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment for road profiling and asphalt manufacture -Previous experience in the construction or road maintenance industry is a plus -Experience with Asphalt Placement and Bituminous Spray Sealing -Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
