What You Bring

-NECEPT Field Technician Certification -Minimum 1 year of PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector 1 (TCI-1) or higher and has 1 of the following 3 certifications. -PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification -NICET Level II Certification or higher in Highway Construction (only NICET Certifications in Highway Construction are allowed unless special circumstances of other NICET subfields are requested for Central Office approval).
