Tasks

-Develop and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions to enable decision-making by senior government stakeholders. -Integrate AI-driven analytics into companies SaaS platform through APIs, data services, and system interfaces. -Contribute to agile delivery cycles, from design and testing through deployment. -Cleanse and enrich customer provided data. -Ensure quality, integrity, and security of data across all program implementations. -Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting, cleansing, and transforming supply chain and risk-related datasets. -Periodically provide updates on data pipelines, AI performance metrics, and customer value realization. -Apply AI/ML methods to enhance predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and risk identification within SCRM workflows. -Partner with program directors, data scientists, and software engineers to operationalize models into production systems. -Support delivery of transformation projects by modernizing customer data environments and enabling advanced risk analytics.

In partnership with our client, a technology-driven company that specializes in supply chain risk management and compliance solutions, we are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer located at their Huntsville, AL facility. The right candidate will design, build, and optimize data solutions that enable companies’ platform for Department of Defense and Department of War Service customers. This is a direct hire opportunity. This role combines data engineering expertise with AI/ML skills to support mission-critical transformation projects, modernize systems, and deliver actionable supply chain risk and parts intelligence. Operating at the intersection of technology and mission, this individual ensures data pipelines, models, and integrations deliver measurable impact for government clients. -Demonstrated commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. -Knowledge of supply chain risk management concepts and defense-sector data. -Ability to bridge technical execution with business and mission outcomes. -Strong programming experience in Python; additional experience with Java, Scala, or similar a plus. -Proven ability to develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (Sisense, Tableau, PowerBI). -Proficiency in SQL with strong database design and query optimization skills. -Innovative mindset with a passion for applying AI/ML to complex real-world challenges. -Familiarity with API development and software system integration in mission-critical environments. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field. -Ability to obtain and retain a US Government security clearance. -Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, or Redshift. -Strong collaboration skills with distributed teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and program managers. -Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with evolving priorities. -Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition, sustainment, or logistics programs. -Demonstrated knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and ability to operationalize models. -Familiarity with data architecture, system integration, and modern data structures. -5+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or applied AI/ML development.
