WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: This role supports the design vision of projects that shape how people live. As an Architectural Designer, you’ll help drive quality and consistency across key project deliverables and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s design legacy. -Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated design documentation -Research codes and guidelines to inform design direction -Support 3D modeling and visual presentation development -Participate in early design phases, including schematic design and site planning -Help maintain and organize drawing sets using company standards -Understand and support deliverables across all design phases -Assist in producing plans, elevations, sections, and presentation graphics

This is an opportunity for a passionate design professional to shape projects from the early concept stage through entitlements, with exposure to a wide range of project types. -Strong attention to detail and time management across multiple deadlines -California architectural license preferred but not required -Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative within a fast-paced design team -Strong communication and visual storytelling skills -Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite -Working knowledge of planning and building codes -MUST Experience: 2+ years professional working experience; NO recent graduates please -4-year degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
