Tasks
-Ensuring Compliance: Following client and internal design standards and procedures to deliver high-quality, accurate designs. -Project Coordination: Leading project meetings with internal staff, clients, and agencies to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. -Utilizing Civil 3D Software : Creating construction plans, alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered designs. -Career Growth: Developing expertise in the site/civil design field while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success in the market. -Collaborating with Project Teams: Working alongside civil engineers, project leaders, and other team members to develop and refine engineering designs. -Design and Planning: Designing site layouts, stormwater management systems, grading plans, and infrastructure for both private and public-sector clients. -Problem Solving and Innovation: Applying creative and innovative solutions to meet the engineering needs of each project.

What You Bring
