The Role

Overview

Install and troubleshoot low‑voltage BAS and conduit systems for commercial/industrial HVAC.

Tasks

-Adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies and practices. -Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. -Industrial Electrical – Comprehensive design & installations and ongoing electrical maintenance for factories and large facilities. -lnstall, terminate, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems. -Must maintain all safety equipment, including wearing all PPE that is required to perform the job duties -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. -Mount and wire sensors and control panels in HVAC systems. -Run and secure conduit systems (EMT, Rigid, and flexible conduit) according to project specifications and safety standards.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. -Traffic Control & Area Lighting – Traffic signals, street/parking lot lighting, ballpark lighting, and advanced LED systems. -Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as required. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and technical diagrams. -Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to best practices. -Work independently and as a team player to efficiently complete projects within timelines. -The ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion. -Ability to operate and perform from aerial lifts and ladders of all sizes -Sound working knowledge of HVAC systems and associated plant/control systems -Proficient in conduit bending and routing (EMT, Rigid).
