Tasks

The Senior Project Planner will have responsibility for developing, managing/coordinating and monitoring the project programme and controls for an area of the works. The Senior Project Planner is a key member of the team to deliver the works and will provide both detailed and strategic inputs for all time related matters. -Leading the Planning on large scale projects across the capital. -Analysing performance and advising the project team of likely impact and recommend improvements. -Providing leadership for the planning and co-ordination processes and implement and maintain the requirements of the Project Business Plans. -Working as part of the major projects team in London, the role is responsible for programming, planning, monitoring, reporting, feedback and mitigation measuring. -Ensuring that all programmes are compliant with the Project requirements and develop and agree a sequence of events ensuring that the most economical / advantageous construction strategy is adopted.

What You Bring

-Experience in contributing to pre-contact planning, work winning, and processes, producing a Bid Programme and associated time related information as part of a tender bid team. -Ability to analyse, collate and utilise a range of data and information for reporting and forecasting, as well setting 4D modelling for projects. -ASTA Powerproject. -A good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC / Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar sector related course, and/or CIOB Membership.
