Tasks

We are seeking an Operation Engineer to coordinate, monitor, and support offshore construction activities. The role covers multiple functions across projects, ensuring vessel operations and offshore works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. -Review mobilization plans to ensure vessels, equipment, crews, subcontractors, and documentation are ready. -Ensure compliance with policies, integrity standards, and HSE requirements. -Provide feedback to method engineers on procedural improvements. -Coordinate project activities across departments and subcontractors. -Provide assistance to senior colleagues in operations and execution. -Monitor vessel progress daily, resolving technical or material issues to avoid downtime. -Review and approve installation procedures in line with project scope.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, decision-making, and reporting skills. -Minimum 4 years of offshore construction experience. -Good understanding of offshore operations. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Naval preferred).
