Systems Manager

Overview

Manage and support project software systems for water treatment construction projects.

Tasks

-Set up metrics and reports that are used company-wide -Maintenance of company-specific workflows and guides that can be tailored to individual projects. -Train Project Systems Engineers and project teams on the use of these software tools and provide ongoing support. -Work with project managers to present standard metrics and discuss additional reporting needs. -Serve as the liaison between project engineering/management, software representatives, and executive leadership. -Oversee systems support from project initiation through closeout. -Provide leadership and oversight of project systems strategy. -Champion continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies. -Ensure all systems and processes comply with safety, legal, and company standards. -Assist project teams in setting up approved company software, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Smartsheet, Power BI, and other approved tools.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (STEM majors preferred) -3+ years of experience in cloud software management OR related experience -Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) -Bluebeam Certified Professional -Procore Certification -3+ years management experience -3+ years of experience in the wastewater or construction management industry OR related experience -Attention to detail -Strong problem-solving abilities
