Tasks

-Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies -Keeping consistent communcation with Landlord & tenants -Managing incoming tenants’ expectations to avoid disappointment at move in -Negotiating tenancy agreements -Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies -Managing landlords’ expectations regarding possible works required -Carrying out viewings of available properties

What You Bring

-Proven experience in property service or customer service experience -Good communication/negotiation skills and very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes -Good IT skills, MS office and call centre equipment/software programmes -Good organisational skills with a problem-solving ability -Ability to remain calm under pressure -Born multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
