Tasks

-Support Facilities Managers and supervisors with reporting and projects -Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints -Process customer orders, job cards, purchase orders, and invoices -Track service works through to completion, ensuring KPIs are met -Coordinate subcontractors and monitor performance -Report on service activities, compliance, and customer satisfaction -Maintain accurate client, equipment, and contract databases -Generate and issue contract renewal notices and quotations -Schedule and coordinate planned and reactive works -Manage service calls, reception, and sales enquiries
