

We are seeking a Head of Engineering – MEP to lead the mechanical engineering division, overseeing HVAC, Fire Protection & Alarm Systems, EOT cranes, and BESS fire strategies across complex renewable and industrial EPC projects.
You’ll define engineering strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure world-class execution.
✅ Manage multi-discipline coordination with electrical, civil, and structural teams, ensuring seamless project delivery
✅ Deliver projects that enable safe, efficient, and future-ready renewable energy and industrial infrastructure in KSA
🌟 Lead the MEP engineering function across high-profile renewable and industrial EPC projects in KSA
✅ Review and approve vendor engineering documents and facilitate timely client approvals
✅ Provide technical oversight for EOT cranes and monorail hoists, ensuring compliance with safety and design standards
✅ Promote innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainable design solutions using HAP, Pipenet, FHC, Revit, and Navisworks
✅ Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, high-performing team of lead engineers, engineers, and draftspersons

✅ Ensure all designs comply with international standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, NBC) and project specifications
🌟 Shape engineering standards, processes, and design strategies across multiple projects
✅ Oversee design and detailed engineering of HVAC systems, including plant sizing, load calculations, ducting layouts, and equipment selection
✅ Supervise fire protection systems (FPS) engineering, including hydraulic calculations, sprinkler and hydrant layouts, gas suppression systems, and BESS-specific fire safety strategies
✅ Drive continuous improvement and talent development within the engineering team
✅ Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate project risks
✨ Strong knowledge of international standards and engineering best practices
✨ Deep expertise in HVAC, FPS, BESS fire strategies, and EOT cranes
✨ 20+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership managing large teams
✨ Proficiency in engineering software (HAP, Pipenet, FHC, Revit, Navisworks) and MS Office
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in HVAC and Fire Protection/Detection systems
✨ Proven experience leading large-scale EPC projects with complex mechanical systems
✨ Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
