Tasks

-Provide administrative support for corporate licensing and permitting processes across jurisdictions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, sales, HR) to support transactional needs and ensure alignment with company policies. -Track and facilitate internal collections efforts, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed. -Monitor and assist in the administration of insurance claims, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, and construction defects. -Support contract lifecycle management within legal department, including coordination of reviews, redlines, and approvals. -Maintain and manage the General Counsel’s calendar, task lists, and project deadlines to ensure timely completion of legal matters. -Organize and maintain legal documentation and records to support compliance and audit readiness.

What You Bring

-Experience supporting in-house counsel or legal/compliance departments preferred -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -2+ years of proven experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or compliance support role -Experience with CRM systems preferred -High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred -Familiarity with contract management and legal document review preferred -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment -Experience in claims handling and insurance-related administrative tasks preferred -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
