Tasks
Managing Chips Act related tasks, including regulation compliance of subcontractors and vendors, reporting wage-related status (e.g., DBA) to the client and/or government offices, monitoring LCPtracker, following up on apprenticeship progress, interviews, and handling any other required documentation. Document controlling (document organization, translation, report writing, Daily or Weekly or Monthly Report writing, System utilization document upload and database work, etc.) Translating information between Korean and English, both verbally and in writing, for meetings or document proofreading. Recording meeting minutes (MOM) and the agenda for meetings, daily activity logs and other documentation. (If necessary) Weekly / Monthly Schedule Reporting - Subcontractor Schedule Review and Eot Claim analysis - Interface co-ordination with the Client, National State and Local Authorities, and third parties carrying out project responsibilities including other contractors working at site Utilizing SAP (ERP System) and internal systems (organization management system update, budget management system update) This position supports overall project management by working closely with various teams, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction. It also assists the project control team, which is responsible for managing budgets and schedules, tracking performance across disciplines, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role also includes handling client and Korean HQ documents, particularly those related to the Chips Act. Overall support for sub-orders (RFP PKG writing, bidding, subcontractor selection, clarifications, contracts, managing change orders, settlements) Researching project related information (news monitoring, searching for information of contractors, etc. information required for the project) Coordinate meetings, sending emails to external companies or any other interested parties (dealing with and document controlling official documents, business contact, other work, etc.) Attend project meetings (translation/interpretations supports or following up on business matters, change order management, contract change, etc.) Preparing, writing, distributing, and managing official correspondence with related departments.

What You Bring
Familiar with programs such as Trimble Demonstration of strong compliance to procedures and guidelines Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp and/or high interest in the plant industry terminology, idiomatic expressions, and contextual usage for effective interpretation/communication Experience working with Trimble, Procore, Primavera P6, SAP Experience of projects of more than 50M USD A person who can work on weekends if required Korean/English bilingual (professional) Having strong ownership and having a proactive attitude with a risk-managing mindset International and multi-cultural experience a plus BA/BS degree of related field At least 1 Years of experience required in any office/site environment (engineering degree preferred but not mandatory, experience working in a Korean company or working as an interpreter in the construction industry preferred) Experience in steel structure installations Project contract management (subcontracting/subcontracting ordering, contract change, completed execution) Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects Experience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience (Knows how to set-up P6 planning, high knowledge on data control in order to execute controlling and scheduling), Power BI Strong ability to multitask and complete deadlines Experience working with RFPs and construction contracts A person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills Must be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups Experience in industrial and factory projects Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment with a mixed culture Proficiency in MS Office(Excel Query), PDF Programs Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems
