Overview

Prepare quality food safely and efficiently, following recipes, sanitation, and inventory procedures.

Tasks

-Prepare all food items in an efficient and timely manner adhering to proper food handling techniques. -Assist with inventory and production charts. -Report any items in need of repair. -Assist in prep work as required for the next shift. -Follow all safety procedures while working. -Ensure efficient flow of food dishes with an emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation and temperature control. -Break down and store all leftover. -Maintain all perishables at the proper temperature. -Put away stock when necessary using FIFO (first in, first out) -Clean as you go and follow proper daily sanitation checklists. -Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
