Tasks

-Support marketing and communications tasks such as event logistics or social media content. -Enter and update client and prospect data in the CRM system. -Manage executive and team calendars, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, and office-wide communications. -Track and report basic business development activities. -Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external office-related inquiries. -Assist with the preparation of client-facing materials and proposals. -Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; update office policies and procedures as needed. -Foster interdepartmental collaboration and maintain a professional, productive office environment. -Organize and support company events, office gatherings, and internal initiatives. -Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and general facility needs.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred). -High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. -Experience with scheduling tools, basic HR systems, or CRM platforms (preferred). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor. -2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field. -Ability to work independently and take initiative. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
