Internal Sales Executive

Overview

Handles client enquiries, quotes, orders and liaison as internal sales support in Aberdeen.

Tasks

-Attend client meetings when required. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts -Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfilment -Coordinating and facilitating meetings with clients to discuss order-related matters -Maintain and update communication with our clients. -Managing the order lifecycle and ensuring timely fulfilment -Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing quotes and processing orders

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines -Able to work independently and as part of a team -Commercially aware and confident in a client-facing role -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) -Strong attention to detail and organisational ability -Previous experience in a sales support or internal sales role (preferably in engineering, oil & gas, or industrial supply) Full training will be provided.
