Tasks

-Monitor the CSC’s inspection, snagging, and close-out processes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client. -Provide oversight of the GC’s fit-out and mock-up delivery for Zone 3, ensuring alignment with the project standards, design intent, and quality benchmarks. -Oversee and coordinate review of mock-up strategies, installation methodologies, sequencing plans, and material selections with the CSC. -Champion best practice and innovation in fit-out delivery, ensuring robust documentation, traceability, and communication of all activities. -Escalate fit-out risks, non-conformances, or supply chain issues to the PMC PD and the project.
