Overview

Lead mechanical engineer overseeing building services design for large pharma/chemical projects.

Tasks

-Managing people in the execution of the project life cycle -Developing innovative design solutions for new projects. -Overseeing HVAC system BIM modelling progress by your team -Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule -Lead Technical and Safety reviews -Led teams, investing time in coaching and developing future leaders. -Planning resources, measuring and reporting of progress of resources against agreed deliverables -Interfacing with client design team/end user -Estimating resource requirements for projects through the life cycle -Design of Building services engineering design - lead the preparation of AFDs, P&IDs, and equipment sizing calculations.

What You Bring

-Strong design experience of Utilities; including Steam, LPHW, CHW, Ability to work and guide teams is essential -Significant design experience in the pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical or Chemical industry. -Degree in Building services or Mechanical Engineering (Level 8)
