R&D Technician

Overview

Assist in beverage product development, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare and execute product samples and trials, including batching, blending, and bench-top formulation. -Help troubleshoot formulation or processing issues during trials. -Support product developers in evaluating new ingredients, formulations, and processing methods. -Participate in sensory evaluations and assist in collecting feedback. -Maintain lab equipment and ensure readiness for testing and development activities. -Accurately document trial results, sample feedback, and formulation changes. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations) to support commercialization and scale-up.

What You Bring

-Lab experience -Experience in food or beverage product development, lab work, or manufacturing support is a plus. -Associate degree or technical training in food science, chemistry, or a related field preferred. -Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team. -Good communication and documentation skills. -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. -Degree in the Sciences OR 2 years of Lab/Quality Experience in a regulated environment. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
