Tasks

You’ll serve as both technical expert and creative leader, guiding projects from concept through construction while mentoring the next generation of architects. -Translate design intent into precise construction documents in collaboration with PMs, engineers, and clients. -Present design concepts and represent the firm in client and owner/user meetings. -Lead and inspire project teams on mid-to-large scale healthcare projects. -Oversee junior staff and consultants to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. -Foster mentorship and growth across your team. -Manage Construction Administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits. -Conduct design reviews, code analyses, and coordinate approvals with officials.

What You Bring

-Leadership: Collaborative mindset with strong mentoring abilities. -Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) required. -Software: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Experience: 10+ years in architectural design with a strong healthcare focus. -Expertise: Proven success leading Construction Administration and complex healthcare environments. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
