Tasks

This is more than a project role — it’s a strategic growth opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into principal-level leadership. You’ll lead projects, mentor teams, and help define the vision of a studio known for its design excellence and collaborative culture. -Partner directly with firm leadership to shape the Richmond office’s direction and culture. -Guide multidisciplinary teams through every phase — from concept and planning to completion. -Lead Design Excellence Building (DEB) projects across Virginia, bringing strong design, technical, and client-management skills. -Inspire and mentor the next generation of designers. -Deepen client relationships in Higher Education, Science & Technology, and other institutional sectors.
