Tasks

Our client are looking to hire a Development Manager into their existing development function who would be responsible for the overall progression of their projects through the development process across the key elements of land, planning, and grid connection. The role is slightly more focused on the land piece, but experience across all fronts would be beneficial. > Overall management of the project development including budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. > Supporting on the management of the planning & consents process including representation at public consultation events and managing external planning consultants.

What You Bring

This company are able to develop projects in the traditional greenfield manner, but also have a great track record in brownfield renewable energy development so you would have scope for broadening your experience across the sector. This role is an initial 12 month FTC with the idea being a permanent role on conclusion of this period. It would also be a remote position.
