Client Representative

Overview

Supervise on‑shore site mobilisation, safety compliance and coordination for offshore wind.

Tasks

-Collaborates with the onshore construction team, QHSE, and Technical Quality Team. -Compliance Oversight: Review and understand RAMS and QHSE documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents. -Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the client, contractors, and any 3rd party stakeholders, including i.e. MWS. Communicate issues and assist in timely resolution. -Ensure that the contractor is working according to the approved RAMS and any approved MoC. Verify proper implementation of safety protocols and risk mitigation (including attending safety walks, heavy lift meetings or any last-minute risk assessments). -Daily Progress Reporting: Track the progress of site mobilization, logistics, and construction readiness. Report milestones, issues, safety observations, and deviations.
