The Role

Overview

Plan and report O&M activities for wind farm assets, manage schedules and CMMS.

Tasks

-Prepare work packs (labour, materials, and subcontractors) for scheduled, reactive and compliance work orders in accordance with Goldwind and Technical Standards. -Participate in planning meetings and conduct regular forward- looking resource optimization reviews. -Contribute to the standardization of work processes across Service Department and collaborate with site personnel to identify continuous improvement initiatives. -Plan and report on operation maintenance activities across wind farm assets. -Assist in undertaking planning of operations and maintenance activities to other Goldwind Wind Farms. -Track progress CMMS workorders and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting. -Assist with the Quality Department with the analysis of O&M data, participating with the audit program when required. -Assist the HSEQ Department with scheduling and planning of HSEQ and compliance tasks. -Identify scheduling risks and report to the Site Service Manager. -Develop and maintain the WOM schedule in MS Project and coordinate CMMS tasks across sites.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in project controls, information management systems, and maintenance planning. -Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word). -2+ years’ experience in planning or reporting role within the renewable energy, power, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries would be highly regarded. -Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, Ellipse, Maximo) and project management tools (MS Project). -Mechanical or Electrical trade and/or tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field. -Strong skills in schedule management, data analysis, and reporting using Excel, SQL, or Python would also be highly regarded.
