What You Bring

-Skills: Strong leadership, safety commitment, and effective communication -Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and programs -Education: 4-year degree OR for external candidates only 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance in leu of a 4-year degree -MUST have experience with maintenance management of conveyors and robotics

Benefits
