Tasks

-Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Help develop leading edge technology to elevate our performance to the next level within the industry. -Collaborate with our team of Precast professionals within Sales, Engineering and Project Management to ensure client expectations are met. -Work with out team of experts to maintain of industry leading quality service and drive to perform. -Lead a team of Precast Supervisors and Unionized Workers in a manner to execute on the priorities of the business.

What You Bring

-Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete data and under tight deadlines and pressure. -Demonstrate a keen acumen to lead a large manufacturing workforce in a collaborative positive manner to align with the expectations of the company. -Detail-oriented, thorough and accurate. -Experience with and understanding of the construction industry. -Proven ability to manage and supervise a staff of 60+ employees. -Strong leadership skills and takes ownership of their areas. -Must be a team player with excellent organizational skills. -Demonstrate strong analytical skills, research, problem solving and decision making. -Excellent leadership skills - must be able to motivate others and provide complete, direct and actionable feedback. -Multi-task, must be flexible and balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
