Your impactWe’re seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate to lead and innovate high-volume real estate workstreams across multiple solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert — ensuring that sites move seamlessly from control through financing and into construction. You’ll also mentor junior team members, set best practices, and enhance processes that keep our projects on track and investor-ready. Manage real estate deliverables — title, curatives, easements, surveys — from site control to financial close.Tackle complex curatives and clear title defects across multiple jurisdictions with speed and precision.Balance competing project deadlines while anticipating and solving potential roadblocks.Oversee site control agreements, amendments, subdivisions, and lot line adjustments.Develop and maintain standardized trackers to ensure consistency and accuracy across the portfolio.Partner closely with surveyors, title companies, legal teams, and regional experts to keep deliverables on time.Mentor colleagues, answering complex real estate questions, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You Bring
