Tasks

You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day delivery on site — driving programme, quality, and safety standards, while coordinating subcontractors, design teams, and internal resources to ensure the successful completion of each phase. -Work with the Contracts Manager and QS to manage budgets, variations, and progress claims. -Track progress against programme and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks. -Lead weekly site coordination meetings with subcontractors and the design team. -Provide strong leadership and mentoring to site engineers, foremen, and subcontractor teams. -Ensure full compliance with BCAR, H&S, and Quality Management processes. -Manage site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to BHA’s standards.
