The Role

Overview

Manage technical operations & maintenance of critical facilities ensuring uptime and compliance.

Tasks

-Monitor performance of OEMs, AMCs, and service contractors as per SLA/KPIs. -Conduct site inspections and technical audits with vendors for quality assurance. -Support procurement by evaluating quotes, preparing comparative statements, and validating technical specifications. -Supervise the operation and maintenance of all technical services, including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, UPS, DG, PAC, Fire Detection and Suppression Systems. -Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical team and ensure timely task execution. -Ensure adherence to safety norms, environmental standards, and audit compliance (ISO/Statutory). -Review and implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance plans. -Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and cost control measures. -Support the preparation of audit documentation and technical reports. -Ensure critical systems' uptime with zero interruption to business operations. -Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurrent issues. -Review and interpret MEP layouts, SLDs, and project drawings for infrastructure planning. -Maintain updated documentation, including PPM records, asset registers, and compliance trackers. -Raise service requisitions, review POs, certify vendor bills, and track payment closures. -Collaborate with internal teams for space planning, layout finalization, and technical feasibility.

What You Bring

-A self-motivated leader who can drive operational efficiency and compliance with minimal supervision. -Knowledge of statutory compliance, fire audits, and ISO documentation. -Team leadership and vendor management capability. -Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and technical reporting. -Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and solution-oriented mindset. -Experience in critical environments such as labs and data centers. -Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, power backup, HVAC, fire systems. -Excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
