Tasks

-Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to build robust vendor networks that align with JLL's and client standards -Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies Monitor supplier performance through key metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary -Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, identifying cost savings opportunities and process improvements for client operations -Support risk management initiatives by assessing supplier financial stability and developing contingency plans -Contribute to procurement policy development and ensure adherence to governance frameworks across all purchasing activities -Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms, service levels, and compliance at the client site

What You Bring

-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and procurement software systems -Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels -Professional certification such as CPSM, CPPO, or equivalent procurement credential -Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory compliance requirements in India -Background in facilities management, workplace services, or corporate real estate -Experience working on client sites or in client-facing procurement roles -Demonstrated project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred qualifications: -Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools -Experience with e-procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) -Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field -3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in professional services or corporate real estate industry
