Tasks

-Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency -Active participant as a member of the Lunar hiring team; including but not limited to attendance at meetups, company events, hiring events, etc. -Manage full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, offer negotiation and closing on all assigned roles -Collect, analyze, and deliver data, feedback and action items to improve the overall hiring process at Lunar -Manage our ATS to ensure that all data is clean, candidates are in the right stage, and communicated the appropriate information for each step -Partnership with the hiring managers that you support, well beyond a service. Offer counsel on roles, hiring decisions, salaries, etc. -Weekly meetings with hiring teams to ensure consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process -Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and projects as needed

What You Bring

-Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent -High quality recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 10+ technical requisitions -Robust understanding of full-cycle recruiting -Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends -Experience in recruiting engineers, manufacturing, supply chain setting -Familiar use of sourcing tools and techniques -2+ years of corporate recruiting or staffing agency experience -Strong experience using an ATS to build talent pipelines, metrics and sourcing strategies (Greenhouse experience is a plus!) -Excellent and proven customer service experience and skills
